#Getfitordie update....

Well - it doesn't get any easier!!

Today couldn't breath for the first part & then when I could breath without gasping like a fish on the river bank my legs said 'Whoo boy that's enough' !! Felt like I was going backwards....

Then I checked my gizmo that tells me how I've done and...

It was THE fastest yet :). Feel better now.

Some pics of 'route A '

Dreams changed…

Stopped for a beer (Doombar – yum) and a coffee (in todays modern age of bean to cup machines a pretty naff brew from a pre-loaded contraption) at a place I’ve bee past THOUSANDS of times over the years – The Fox and Goose pub near Salisbury.

Opposite is a a converted mill and barn that I would love to live in – always said ‘That’s Mine’ – HOWEVER…sitting here opposite all I can hear is traffic…zoom…zoom…broom…changing my mind rapidly Sad smile

Breath...Relax....Ahhhh...

Sat in pub with my NEW netbook (and I'm chuffed to bits with it...)

watching the world go by - by a bus station - in Stevenage - atmosphere... zero...cider 10/10.

It's half term, and in the depths of my dark and depressed winter of discontent ( at myself more than with the world at large) I thought that this would probably be my last half term. Feel better now - BUT...

Anyway - it's a half term offering hospitals, doctors, mother and grandchildren, coffee, wine, ale..and hopefully a job for Suzie :)
